I have become very weak after pregnancy

A. Hello mom please take care of your health and prefer to take rest when ever possible, take a healthy diet and get your iron levels checked, calcium and iron supplement may be required, keep yourself hydrated with fluids, and also have seasonal fruits, dry fruits , milk, panjiri would be helpful and get massages done and expose to morning sunlight
