i have back pain after delivery.....when to start exercise after c section ?

A. it is already four months after birth delivery you can do exercises if it is normal delivery if it is Cesarean section weight for another 2 to 3 months o k

A. good morning I would recommend you to wait for at least 6 or 7 months before you can think of exercising it is advisable that you start doing yoga after that this will also help to reduce excess back pain
