Q.

I have abdominal pain and blood spot before 5 days of my period .Is there any chance of pregnancy? can I know pregnency if I take a home pregnency test during this time. I appreciate your prompt reply. Thank you!

A. you can do home pregnancy test early morning. in case it shows negative results. you need to visit your gynaecologist for routine check up. in case it's positive. start folic acid and multivitamin regularly
