I have a two year baby boy getting water in eyas since morning, kindly suggest for medicine

A. This medicine can always be suggested without knowing what is the issue how can I suggest your medicine for the eyes of your child I can only recommend you to clean the eyes of the child with cold water or warm water whatever is more feasible but get it checked with your doctor
