I'm also a mom of downsyndrome boy of 9 years,
and I have another kid without downsyndrome .
don't worry but after u conceive meet a genetics Dr
they will suggest a test like amniocentesis there u can find (I've gone through the test in 4th month)
that test will be done with our amniotic fluid in our tummy

but I consulted doctors they suggested parental karyotyping is it necessary to do??

Hello,as your first baby is suffering from this problem it dosen't mean that second baby will also have same problem,so don't worry and there is no possibility that second baby will have this problem,so without any worry you can plan for second baby but make sure that there should be alteast two years gap between two babies.
