i have a son whose age is 3 year and 10 months form last 15 days hw is not eating properly saying he has stomach ache somestimes says he fells like vomit what i do

A. hello give jeera boiled water n also give small portion of food frequently so the child will be able to take which can help in the kids growth n nothing to worry
