My son has upset stomach. Always he is saying that his stomach is full. He is not eating properly.

A. So I’m just going to recommend you currently you should get your child examined by the doctor either it is due to some nutritional deficiency or some other stomach related issue so once your Dr is going to check the child they can confirm and treat your child according to that
