Q.

I have a fever 🤒 100° and severe ache on whole body after 19 days of delivery.... Also the period flow is very much and the constipation problem..kindly suggest some home remedy

A. for fever you can take dolo or calpol.. monitor the temperature.. flow is heavy, you should get your self checked as it may be because of infection.. maintain hygiene.. use Betadine solution to clean.. continue with calcium and vitamin tablets for three months..
