I have a baby of 5 month old, I need to ask can I do colouring on my hair (highlights) and smoothing. is it safe for baby or not.

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. yes, can color your hair, use ammonia free colours . Eating healthy and right is very important after pregnancy.
Avoid stress.
Use wide teeth comb,
Have plenty of fluids.
Take protien rich diet. (sprouts, paneer, soyabean).
