I have a baby of 10 months.. After my delivery in 6 months I had got my periods in month of feb and after that till now I haven’t got periods.. Is it normal

Try to eat more protein n less of carbohydratesTry to cut on stress and un due tension. Eat more of fruits and vegetables and lots of fluids too daily
