I have a baby girl of 5 Mnth 10 dys old after delivery my skin looks so dull there Is so many dark spot md pimples on my face why it is so plz suggest best facewash and skin brightening cream

A. all these changes what you are telling including loss of hair because of hormonal disturbances after delivery no need to worry all these things will be getting corrected soon take lot of water green leafy vegetables fruits

A. hello you should be having a well balanced nutritious food in your diet and have plenty of water especially which is very important and als you can check out with the mother sparsh range of skin care products which can help to reduce the blemishes and keeps skin soft and smooth
