I have a baby boy of 5 months old, he is getting thin potty continuously for the last 2 days 8 to 10 times a day: what should I do

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. baby is more than five months passing stool regularly Please give zinconia syrup to the baby 5ml 2 times a day along with enterogermina tubes to avoid dehydration in the baby advisable to give adequate ORS coconut water and buttermilk
