Q.
I have a 2month old boy baby some times he do vomit with phlegm but he don't have cold and cough and also he wil do same like in motion also what to do plz suggest me

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Cold is most of the time because of viral illness and if the child is having recurrent running nose and nasal congestion it may be a part of allergic rhinitis also so it needs a proper examination.
steam inhalation will be beneficial in both the cases along with decongestant medicine like alex cold/ hatric 3/ sinarest.
As a part of viral illness there could be associated symptoms like cough and fever whicsh needs treatment accordingly along with a proper hydration needs to be maintained .

It Sometimes can be due to some congestion in the chest also which we do not realise because the child is not having any regular cold and cough which is white maybe coming out like this and sometimes it could be due to an infection in the gut as well so you can get it checked
