I have a 2month baby boy and my breast milk secretion was normal..also suffering milk leakage ...but from 3,4 days my milk secretion becomes lower and breasts are soft...also insufficient for my baby... thats why my baby crying..pls suggest me what to do sir ?

A. I think u r right mam..after delivery I used boiled water for drinking...but after taking normal after this problem rises...thnk u for ur suggestions mam...

A. Hi parent Keep yourself hydrated don't use demineralized water for drinking use simply purified water having tds higher than 350 leptadene tablets are ayurvedic it's very beneficial take more probiotics and seasonal fruits in diet.
