Hello Doctor, I have blessed with twin baby girls. am giving 3 times my breast milk to each babies in a day and after that am giving formula powder. could you please suggest me how to increase my breast milk secretion.

A. Hi mom Have shatavari with warm milk twice a day to increase bm. The more u feed the more milk production will be there.. Drink plenty of water in a day as it helps to increase bm. Take care
