i have a 11mnt old bby grl.how can i increase my breastmilk.my breastmilk is low

A. Hi parent You may take leptadene tablets twice a day with glass of milk daily for four weeks. It's ayurvedic remedy. Take sunbath daily w Don't use RO water as it's demineralized Use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350 Use more probiotics millets and citrus fruits
