Q.

I am mother of a month old baby. my breastmilk supply is low. I am so stressed about it. please help me what can i do to increase my breastmilk supply???

A. eat fruit n fibre.See in such cases the child needs specialist care always. So try to follow with the same doctor and do not get anxious with s variety of opinion. Focus on treatment ok.

A. Soak half tablespoon of cumin and half tablespoon of fenugreek seeds overnight and drink it in the morning. Also add oats to your diet. Its my personal experience

A. Fenugreek Capsules are supposed to be good for increasing lactation so you can definitely go ahead with that you can start having them and increase your lactation then that’s very good for you otherwise you have to go ahead with formula feeding only
