I have a 1 month 18 days old baby who is on mixed feed.... I do not have sufficient milk supply... kindly advice what to do to increase supply and how to know if my baby is getting enough.

A. hello to increase the milk secretion you can be having lactare tablet which would be best and also have fruits and vegetables and green leafy vegetables especially sabaki and fenugreek which can help to increase the milk secretion
