I have 5 month old girl and she is on formula milk as my milk creation is suddenly stopped. starting it was very low and now it completely stopped. i took perinorm tab, lactare cap but no effect seen. then I took ayurvedic medicine leptaden but still milk is not produced. i used home remedies but no effect. please help me how to increase breast milk.

A. You can start taking shatavari capsules from Himalaya twice a day after meals and drink plenty of water and also massage the breast towards nipple and apply warm compress on breast and naje more skin to skin contact with the baby
