I have 3mnths baby how to reduce heat in their body and he not pass the urine at the night time. What can i do? Can i change my food items?

A. Dear mum, what you eat does not affect your baby. You should continue to exclusively breastfeed your baby till 6 months complete. Breast milk contains about 90 percent water and fulfils the hydration needs of baby even during warm weather.
