I have 3 year old boy..which is the best health drink mix... Pediasure or Cocozhi Coco health drink ..please suggest

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist1 Year agoA. Hello mom do not recommend these mixes instead prefer making one at home such as dry fruits powder mix , also fresh fruit milk shake , and ragi etc as well
