i have 3 month old baby giving both formula and breast feed. most of the time he want take milk in feeding bottle. can i express my milk by using my hands and feed him. if I express milk by my hands will it affect my milk supply, and cause any nerve damage in future.at now iam expressing 3 times per day

A. good morning there is absolutely no problem in expressing the milk and then giving it to the baby but instead of doing it with your bare hands I would recommend that it should be done with electronic breast pump
