I have 2 years old son... From the past 2 days whatever he eats he ll start vomiting it.... I couldn't find the reason.... Moreover he is going for his poop as regular.... Please I need ur suggestion

A. could be gerd but it is very difficult to comment here without a proper examination so it is better to consult your doctor and get it properly physical exatmine and guidance accordingly for this matter to clear this...
