I have 2 month old baby. he is only breastfed. what calcium supplement should I take. plz give medicine names. thank u

start vitamin d and multivitamins supplements regularly.
give Sunbath every morning for half an hour daily
massage with coconut oil twice or thrice a day

Calcimax Is a very good supplement for calcium but still I am just going to advise you to consult your gynaecologist she would advise you according to your need because every supplement has a particular milligram as well so the doctor would be able to guide you with the highest that your body needs right now
