I have 2 C- sections.My belly button not get back into the position .It is popping out . My belly also big.

So you have to go ahead with a proper workout that is what is going to be beneficial because when a proper workout is done with a diet then only you can get rid of that extra dummy that you get after your delivery because without that nothing gets back to it original shape
