i have 2 c-section and now 1 yr baby and 3yr son. for past 3 month my period getting delayed and this month it should come by April 7 but still not yet came. also after this delivery i have severe hand pain .i can't even lift . by past weeks body fully heavy pain. what could be a reason

Do abdominal stretching exercise and go for walking every day atleast 15-20 minutes stay hydrated avoid junk food and bakery products like maida bread avoid stress stay happy
Consult with your doctor in person for proepr physical examination and treatment take a good care of your baby

Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetable pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours patterns to make meal more interesting children are fussy eater at this age its all normal and common you can give food in puree liquid form or give some juice soup milkshake etc
