I have 1 yr old baby. recently I had tubal pregnancy which ruptured because of which one of my overies was removed. as a family planning doctor suggested me to insert IUD but also told that there might be a risk of tubal pregnancy again. what should I do now. Which is the better way for me for family planning.

A. better opt for condoms. they are safe to use and protects from pregnancy and infections too. eat protein rich diet and stay hydrated. start iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly
