Can we have smooth pregnancy if gall bladder is removed as I already had gall bladder removal surgery as I got stones just after one month delivery of my first child

Yes, absolutely .there is no need to worry. gallbladder surgery will not hamper your pregnancy in anyway or your capacity to get pregnant also. In fact, if the gallbladder along with stones is still there, then it might get aggravated during pregnancy.
