I had taken covid vaccine yesterday im having high fever today. Till when i will be having fever

take paracetamol . Drink plenty of fluids and adequate rest.
If you have a sore forearm then applying a heat pack will provide a lot of relief.

Just take your paracetamol and take rest. Good luck and take care
