Q.

I had my c section delivery 25fays back when can I start excercise to reduce my weight n wat excercise can I do ..plz suggest me

A. around 4-6months of c section you can start with yoga or exercise.. take care of diet.. have small frequent feeds.. lots of green as salads sprouts.. restrict sugar sweet intake avoid oil and spicy food.. drink plenty of water.. prefer warm water..
