I had mu second c sec 5months back, i have been getting periods symptoms like cramps , migraine, body pain etc from Past 3 months however i get occasional spotting . I have always experienced heavy flow pre my second baby. Please suugest if i need to visit a doc

A. please do ultrasound. Well, this looks ok but avoid self medication. try giving proper diet n don't miss on dose in this. see more you can ask your own treating doctor. i am sure they will solve all your doubts and guide you
