I had miscarriage in 7th week..what food should I have to get all clear to avoid d &c?can I have cold items?

Dnc if it has to happen it will happen you cannot avoid that it would completely depend on the situation that you are in and I would recommend you to take care of yourself as one takes care of a person after they actually delivered the child because even after miscarriage of what is going to be equally we as when you deliver a childWrite Your Answer Here
