Q.
I had given birth to my first child on dt 17th June 2022. It was C section delivery.Aftery delivery I have suffering from sevior back pain . Please suggest me

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 2 years agoA. the best solution to reduce back pain after delivery is regular daily walking along with some exercises, as during pregnancy and delivery there is change in your back position which causes post delivery pain. which can be corrected by regular exercising
