Q.

I had cesarean delivery 5 months ago , and i feel whole body pain in winters , i already done all blood test reports are normal , plz give suggestions

A. Calcium and vitamin d test reports are normal

A. please take calcium iron and vitamin supplements for this Further it is advisable to consult your local doctor for appropriate examination of the baby physically and if there is need to do any investigations if required

A. Hello dear parent! Can be due to poor immune system. Be physically active as much as possible. Try yoga and meditation for better physical and mental health. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day while breastfeeding your baby. Good luck and take care.
