I had c-section delivery 5 months ago but now I've severely pain the back,where spinal anesthesia had given..Plz give me some solution or tips..

A. You can apply some move or something on that reason whatever you feel is good for you and then you can do hot compress so you can put a hot water bottle you can put a hot belt also that is available so that is also going to be quite benefiting for you
