I had a c section delivery so when can I have rice in my meal

There are absolutely no contraindications when it comes to consumption of rice and you can start taking it immediately after surgery also. Also there are no contraindications to other foods too

You may have it after about three months after c section.
Properly cooked rice can be taken though
Don't use RO water as it's demineralized
use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350
Take sunbath daily
