i had a c section delivery in 2018 and now i am feeling pain in vagina at 36 weeks of second pregnancy

If the pain is specifically over the scar area then it could also be an emergency.
Without actually examining we cannot give any diagnosis.
It could also happen due to baby’s pressure over the pelvis
