I got this on my face this morning , and small little red dots that too inside skin nothing outside on my body no fever can someone suggest what this is due to ??

ExpertDr Priyashree Mukherjee ChakrabortyPaediatrician9 months agoA. This can be due to local allergic reaction. You can have tablet cetzine stat and see if it’s any better. You can apply calamine lotion on the affected area. If not better or decreasing in next 24 hours, then contact the dermatologist.
