i got my periods only once after 5 months of delivery.. and not the next time.. is it normal?

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. thats normal. Well, this looks ok but avoid self medication. try giving proper diet n don't miss on dose in this. see more you can ask your own treating doctor. i am sure they will solve all your doubts and guide you

Consult your doctor for evaluation and advice. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day while breastfeeding your baby. Good luck and take care.
