I got down for the first time after my c-section, and now my breast milk is getting low. Is there a way I can increase my milk?

A. Hello dear parent! Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in your daily diet. Consult a lactation specialist. The more your baby suckles your breast milk directly the better supply.
