I give 4 badams 2 walnuts 1 dry date with oats r ragi .is it gud r bad.somebody tell me don't give dryfruits upto 1 year.

A. It’s good to be given to the baby no problem as nuts are rich source of protein and fiber and dates are high in iron so god to give especially in winters
