I get urine infection every 6 month or at least in a year. had severe uti 2 times when I got bloody urine. I drink very less water. what should I do. please help

A. hi no you must keep your self well hydrated drink lemon juice, oranges or sweet lime juice, coconut water, buttermilk etc more wear Cotton inner wear don't use female gential hygiene products
