I gave my son mushrooms few days back. He got allergetic to it and got rashes all over his body. I am applying lotion these days. What else can I do? Pls help

A. hi stop giving mushrooms as well as any new food items for now keep your child well hydrated avoid giving spicy food and citrus fruits for now choose Cotton clothes for your child
