Q.

I gave my son MR vaccine from govt. health center. I want to know about the MMR vaccine. Is it necessary?

A. mmr is in private setup measles mumps and rubella More proper information and answer regarding this will be given by your personal doctor and you can contact your doctor for this You can check with nearest doctor also in your locality. Take care

A. Paediatrician recommends that people get MMR vaccine to protect against measles, mumps, and rubella. Children should get two doses of MMR vaccine, starting with the first dose at 12 to 15 months of age, and the second dose at 4 through 6 years of age. Teens and adults should also be up to date on their MMR vaccination.

Q. I went to Govt. Hospital in BHUBANESHWAR, ODISHA for vaccination of my 9+ month baby. I have asked for MMR vaccine. However, the ANM madam there said Govt. provide MR vaccine.
