I gave birth to a second bby on aug 25 three months have gone but still my belly looks swollen... by using maternity belt shall I reduce my belly fat???? is it useful to reduce my weight

A. hi mom it will help you out but for better results consult a qualified dietitian meanwhile have good proteins, variety of vegetables and fresh fruits and hydrate yourself well stay safe and healthy

A. hi it is not that much effective. so instead of spending money on this ,I would suggest to opt for natural ways. for example take food items like sprouts,salad etc more increase your fluid intake. avoid taking junk food items. walk , walk and walk avoid using vehicles for short distance.

Q. #AskTheExpert Stomach looks distended Female, 26 My baby is 1 and half months old. His belly looks swollen. He is on both Formula milk and Breast milk. I had him physically examined by a pediatrician when he was 25 days old.and recently got him checked again as his belly still looks swollen. He said that everything looks normal.
