I found this redish near my baby boy back hip is that any insect bite or rashes. yesterday I fed him little watermelon is that allergy for that pls help i am worried

maintain hygiene
follow the doctor...
u cn use lacto calamine lotion...or candid dusting powder or candid cream
take care...
