I found chane in my babies poop colour and he is vomited for 3 times at night and pooped 2 times from morning is this sign to worry?

A. hi yes, it seems like he or she is having infection kindly visit your pediatrician if child is older than 1 year age , give natural probiotics and liquid food items more.
