Q.

i feed my baby but I think now I m getting less milk and also my nipples are hurting alot as she trying to suck with force what can be done

A. hello dear Mom you can start formula feed for the child in case of low milk supply also as a breastfeeding mother have good diet and include Milk daliya with dry fruits also have lots of fluid and fibre in the diet
