hi my baby girl is 4 weeks older and she's not able to suck my nipples as initially I have small nipple or flat nipple problem but now my nipples are ok to suck but she's not trying at all what to do? I am already using nipple shield but how many days baby will take to suck it directly without using shield?

DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello, your baby girl is 4 weeks old and you are having flat nipples so she doesn’t latch properly so you should use nipple shields while feeding her at every time
