Q.

i didn't get my period for 2 months after a miscarriage. 2 days back I drank pineapple juice n now I got by period. heavy flow. is this normal?

A. Hello mom Yes this is totally normal. Because you doesn’t get your periods from last two months and this is the main reason for heavy flow. So you should not worry about it at all. Just maintain a proper diet to keep your body hydrated and healthy. You have to eat in every hour. Happy parenting Stay home stay safe
